Nagarro mein mujhe first technology Golang assign hui thi

IT service based company ki mujhe ye baat bilkul achi nahi lagti, ki wo log bina developer ke interest ko samjhe project assign kar dete hain.

Maine apni training coding blocks se java mein complete kari thi. Maine apna interview bhi java mein hi diya tha. Java mujhe bahot ache se aati thi, aaj bhi badia se aati hai, lekin nagarro ko Golang mein development karwani thi to unhone mujhe Golang ki training mein daal diya.

Golang ki training bhi koi professional way mein nahi hui thi.

Ek project chal raha tha Golang ka, usi ke team lead ne Golang ke 8 assignments ke through humein Golang ki training di thi.

DSA to mera acha hi tha to obviously maine Golang to 2-3 weeks mein pick up kar diya and usme coding karna start kar diya.

Wahan hum Golang mein web servers banate the, jin servers se IoT devices communicate kiya karti thi.

Wo project USA ka tha, to mujhe laga ki agar main is project mein ache se kaam karunga to mujhe USA jane ka mauka milega, lekin jo kismat mein nahi hota, wo kabhi nahi milta.

Us project mein requirement khatam ho gayi, ya fir us project ka budget khatam ho gaya and 2-3 mahine ke bad mujhe bench par daal diya gaya.

Actually .net ki full stack training mein daal diya.

I Met a Lot of Fake People at Nagarro

Hello friends, When I graduated from college and joined my first job, I was quite naive. I considered my office colleagues as friends and started treating them like friends in my life. After some negative interactions with people, I realized that, wow, in the corporate world, people fake their personalities and real behavior very easily. They'll show you respect to your face and call you an idiot behind your back. So, when a friend of mine betrayed me, I was very hurt, and after that, I stopped trusting corporate friendships. Hello doston, Jab mujhe 11th mein science stream mil gai to main bahot khush tha. Main hamesha se ek scientist ban-na chahta tha aur mujhe laga ki ab main real science padhunga aur maza aayega. Lekin sachai isse bahot door nikli. Chahe maths ho ya science, bharat mein practical application ya interesting way mein kuch nahi padhaya jata, bas ratwaya jata hai. Jab maine studies start kari 11th class ki to mujhe laga ki main ye easily kar loonga. Jitna main 10th mein padha karta tha, usse kaam ban jayega, lekin aisa nahi hua. Mujhe koi guide karne wala nahi tha. 9th mein maine self-study se 81.4% score kia tha, to mujhe laga ki main 11th mein bhi 70-75% score kar loonga aur 12th mein tuition le loonga. Aur ye meri sabse badi galti thi. 10th aur 11th ki studies mein zameen aur aasmaan ka farak hai.
