Nagarro mein mera first appraisal 1 lakh rs ka hua tha, jo ki mujhe theek laga tha.

Lekin phir mujhe pata chala ki mere friends ka appraisal 2-2.5 lakhs hua hai.

Dusre ki thali mein zyada ghee dekh ke hamesha jalan hoti hai.

Maine HR se baat kari appraisal theek karne ke liye, lekin usne nahi mana.

Boli thi ye appraisal bilkul theek hai and zyada baat hai to 5% extra kar deti hoon.

Mujhe aisa laga ki main bheekh maang raha hoon.

Bas vahin meri ego hurt ho gayi aur maine bahar job dhoondhna start kar diya.

Tyaari to main kar hi raha tha aur Spring boot ki bhi kaafi knowledge ho gayi thi mujhe us time tak.

To mere deloitte ke sab interviews clear ho gaye and deloitte ne mujhe 7.5 LPA CTC ka offer de diya.

Usme I think 10% variable amount bhi tha.

Jaise hi mujhe offer aya, mera mann hua ki resign kar doon, lekin ek problem thi, job bangalore mein thi.

Meri uncle ne mujhe samjhaya ki agar tu bangalore jayega, to tera rent, food etc. jo kabhi tere parents sponspor kar rahe hain, wo bhi to tujhe pay karna padega.

To agar teri current company ye offer match kar deti hai, to tujhe zyada savings hongi.

Maine apni current company mein baat kari ki tumne appraisal bahot kam kiya hai, ye dekho offer mera and kya aap match kar sakte ho?

Nagarro ne propose kiya ki wo offer se thoda kam mein CTC revise kar denge and like that, maine nagarro mein resign nahi kia and continued with my job.

I think wo appraisal mere director ne kiya tha to when he got to know ki now I am costing 1 lakh rs more, he moved me to a different project jahan maine ek fire-fighting role play kiya.

Wahan kaafi tough kaam tha lekin wo kaam complete karne ke baad, meri na sirf project mein, but pure account mein charche ho gaye.

It was a Sachin Tendular, MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli kind of a performance in a tough match.

Bahot zyada efforts daalne pade the, but it was definitely worth it.

Us project ke bad, life mein bahot zyada hi confidence aa gaya meri.

I Met a Lot of Fake People at Nagarro

Hello friends, When I graduated from college and joined my first job, I was quite naive. I considered my office colleagues as friends and started treating them like friends in my life. After some negative interactions with people, I realized that, wow, in the corporate world, people fake their personalities and real behavior very easily. 10th aur 11th ki studies ke level mein zameen aasmaan ka farak hai!

Hello doston, Jab mujhe 11th mein science stream mil gai to main bahot khush tha. Main hamesha se ek scientist ban-na chahta tha aur mujhe laga ki ab main real science padhunga aur maza aayega. Lekin sachai isse bahot door nikli. Chahe maths ho ya science, bharat mein practical application ya interesting way mein kuch nahi padhaya jata, bas ratwaya jata hai. Jab maine studies start kari 11th class ki to mujhe laga ki main ye easily kar loonga. Jitna main 10th mein padha karta tha, usse kaam ban jayega, lekin aisa nahi hua. Mujhe koi guide karne wala nahi tha. 9th mein maine self-study se 81.4% score kia tha, to mujhe laga ki main 11th mein bhi 70-75% score kar loonga aur 12th mein tuition le loonga. Aur ye meri sabse badi galti thi. 10th aur 11th ki studies mein zameen aur aasmaan ka farak hai.
